Requirements for Online Courses

The National Real Estate Institute is authorized by the State of Connecticut Real Estate Commission to provide you with a live-virtual course in Real Estate Principles and Practices. This means that we must adhere to the guidelines established by them in order for you to earn credit for this course.

Our live-virtual classes are delivered via the Zoom platform.

• You must have a camera and be visible at all times during the class.
• You also need a working microphone in order to participate.
