Continuing Education Real Estate Requirements for 2022

The Department of Consumer Protection requires that Continuing Education (CE) is due on the even-numbered renewal years and must be completed PRIOR to renewing your license in all even-numbered years.

The Courses Must Consist Of:

• 3-hour class for the 2024 Mandatory CE Requirements:
•      CT Real Estate Agency Law
• 9-hours of real estate elective courses

If you are a broker and you passed the CT Broker full licensing examination between 4/1/2022 – 3/31/2024, you do not need to take CE for 2024.

If you are a salesperson and you passed the CT Salesperson full licensing examination between 6/1/2022 – 5/31/2024, you do not need to take CE for 2024.
