This course explores daily issues facing practitioners, such as maintenance, accounting, administrative, and legal activities taught by experienced Property Managers.  You will get up-to-date information on federal regulations, such as civil rights, fair housing, ADA issues, and environmental concerns. The flexible format provides you with case studies, sample forms, and review questions to enhance your understanding of property management concepts. This course meets the Broker Licensing educational requirement for the 30 hour pre-license elective in lieu of 20 transactions. It is also an excellent course for those who are looking for more information on managing their own investment properties.

 July 13th & 15th, 20th & 22nd. Classes will be held from 9am to 5pm, Two days per week for two weeks. This is a 30 hour course.
