Kelly Sypher-Puorro is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Connecticut and Florida and a 20+ year veteran of the real estate industry.

Originally licensed in 2004 and earning her Connecticut Broker’s license in 2008, Kelly built her career on strong market knowledge, professionalism, and a deep commitment to client advocacy. She later earned her Florida Broker’s license, expanding her expertise across state lines and further strengthening the depth of experience she brings into the classroom.

As Head Instructor of the National Real Estate Institute, Kelly leverages her real-world brokerage background to break down complex real estate concepts into clear, practical strategies students can immediately apply. Her goal is not only to help students pass their state exams, but to equip them with the confidence, professionalism, and foundational knowledge necessary to build successful, sustainable careers in real estate.
