Barbara Puorro is the co-director of the National Real Estate Institute and a multiple award-winning real estate Broker. She has over 23 years' experience in excelling at residential sales and buyer brokerage.

As the Northeast Director of Franchising Licensing for an international company for several years, she trained multiple franchisees how to successfully deliver their product to the consumer.  She has translated this winning formula into systems for National Real Estate Institute and her brokerage. With her extensive experience as a sales director and trainer coupled with her real estate knowledge, she excels at creating systems to demystify the business of real estate

As a broker, Barbara has delt with purchase and sales of single family, multi-family, condominiums, investment property, luxury properties, new construction, land, short sales, and commercial properties. She is an accredited stager and helps sellers get top dollar for their properties.

Barbara understands the value of consistent and timely training for all agents no matter where they are in their career.  She believes all agents can succeed with the right motivation and training.
