Continuing Education Courses

The Continuing Education Courses for the 2024 are posted. We offer 14 different current topics to choose from, accessible to licensed Connecticut real estate brokers and salespeople via our REcampus website.

Complete your CT real estate continuing education requirements at your own pace with our convenient online courses, all of which meet the minimum Continuing Education requirements as set forth by the Connecticut Real Estate Commission. No final exams!

• A licensee must complete their CE 90 days before license renewal.
• If a licensee completes their CE late (between 89 and 30 days prior to license renewal), they will be assessed a $315 late fee.
• If a licensee completes their CE late (between 29 pays prior to license renewal and 30 days after license renewal), they will be assessed a $625 late fee.
• If a licensee completes their CE late (more than 30 after license renewal) there is not late fee assessed, but they may be subject to enforcement and civil penalties.
