Looking to Obtain Your Connecticut Real Estate License? Individuals entering the real estate profession in Connecticut need to complete a 60 hour course entitled Real Estate Principles & Practices, apply for and pass the state exam, and be sponsored by a Licensed Real Estate Broker. The National Real Estate Institute provides the required pre-licensing courses necessary to qualify for the State of Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson and Broker's Exam at our Connecticut Classrooms, located at 460 Smith Street, Suite "D" Middletown,CT.
