Real Estate Principles and Practices Course
Enroll in the Connecticut Pre-licensing Course;
Real Estate Principles and Practices
Mandatory in classroom 60 hour session.
Classes are held at our N.R.E.I. Classrooms
located at 460 Smith Street, Suite ’D’ Middletown, CT. Driving directions are available via the ’contact us’ link above.
Class schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, 6 - 9 PM .

Cancellation policy: Tuition Refund only before classes start minus 6% service charge.
Text books are issued durring the first class registration session, currently at a cost of $85.00 for a two text book set.
This course meets the minimum educational requirements as set forth by the Connecticut Real Estate Commission.
